愛知県大府市出身。ニューヨークのジュリアード音楽院卒業後、ロサンゼルスのコルバーン音楽院に進学し全額無償の奨学生として大学院卒業。現在、ザルツブルクのモーツァルテウムにてジョバンニ ニョッキ氏に師事。
中学卒業後単身渡米、ボストンのウォールナットヒルスクールフォージアーツに入学。同時期にニューイングランド音楽院・プレパラトリースクールにダブルスクールで学ぶ。
第74回全日本学生音楽コンクール全国大会大学の部第1位。あわせて毎日新聞社奨励賞、NHK会長賞受賞。2021年キングスピーク国際音楽コンクール優勝。第6回京都国際音楽コンクールチェロの部第1位。第42回霧島国際音楽祭賞受賞。2024年いしかわミュージックアカデミー、IMA賞受賞。他多数受賞。

Cellist Keina Satoh is quickly garnering international recognition as a skilled soloist and chamber musician. In 2023, she participated in CHANEL Pygmalion Days in Japan, where she gave five recitals at NEXUS Hall in Ginza, Tokyo, throughout the year. Satoh is a sought-after soloist and has performed with many renowned orchestras, including the Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra and the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra.
